Job opportunities

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” – Mark Twain

Here are two examples to illustrate how this Summer Trip Program to São Tomé and Principe can positively affect your professional life:

1 - Last summer, John Prothro was part of the crew that went to São Tomé. No doubt that this first trip to Africa has changed somewhat his life: Peace Corps have recently contracted John and, in June, he will leave the US for work to Burkina Faso. Congratulations John!
2 - Nara Lee, a GFA Mica student had the same opportunity; In June 2010, Nara went to Guinea-Bissau with faculty Alain Corbel for an illustrated book project called Vozes de Nos. Following this African experience, Nara had been invited by a South Korean organization to work for a month in Mongolia.
There is no doubt that this trip to São Tomé will give you some unexpected jobs.
Do not miss this Great Opportunity!
